FalconPicks is a UAE-based online store operating on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure quality products and reliable service. This policy explains when returns or refunds are applicable.
A return request is accepted only if:
The product is damaged upon delivery
The product is defective
The wrong item was delivered
Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All accessories, labels, manuals, and components must be intact
Returns or refunds are not accepted if:
The customer changes their mind
An incorrect size, color, or variant was selected
The product appearance differs slightly due to screen or lighting
Damage occurs due to misuse or improper handling
The product is returned incomplete or without original packaging
The request is made after 7 days
A COD order is refused without a valid reason

Returned items are inspected after collection
Refunds are approved only if the item passes inspection
Failed inspections result in rejection without refund
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
Cash refunds are not available
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Verified issues may qualify for facilitated return shipping
In other cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
Unauthorized returns are not accepted
Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reasons may result in restricted future purchases.
